Fox Theatre tickets & upcoming events

The Fox Theatre in Detroit is one of those iconic venues that just oozes charm and history. Walking in feels like stepping back in time with its stunning Moorish architecture and ornate interior details that make you feel like royalty. It’s not just about the looks though, the Fox puts on a wide range of shows from big-name concerts to hilarious comedy nights, and of course the beloved annual Nutcracker that transforms the stage into a winter wonderland every december. If you’re into the vibe of vintage theaters, this place hits all the right notes, with some seats feeling like they’re right in the middle of the action and others offering a more exclusive experience. The box office is super accessible and easy to find, just look for that giant neon sign glowing at night, and the staff is friendly, making ticket buying a breeze. Oh, and if you’re bringing the kiddos, you might want to hop on the People Mover for a quick, fun ride downtown, then walk over to the Fox and enjoy some serious entertainment. Whether you're after front-row seats to a ballet or a more relaxed night with comedy or music, the Fox’s interactive seating chart helps you pick just the right spot and price point. Honestly, it’s a Detroit treasure that’s been charming audiences for decades, a perfect mix of nostalgia, grandeur, and good old-fashioned entertainment.
